What’s your refund/cancellation/rebooking policy?

Refunds are only issued in the event of a cancellation initiated by Bridge Command. If you have a booking that you can no longer make, tell us more than 48 hours before the time of the booking. If you do, we can move your booking to a new time free of charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, we cannot guarantee that your booking can be moved.
