What’s your refund/cancellation/rebooking policy?

If you have a booking that you can no longer make, tell us more than 48 hours before the time of the booking. If you do, you are entitled to a full refund or to move your booking to a new time free of charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, we cannot offer a refund but may be able to move your booking free of charge.

Our full booking terms will be sent to you with your ticket.
