Bridge Command Ticketing Terms & Conditions

 

These terms and conditions are designed to protect both parties and to ensure that we deliver our promise of an unforgettable experience. Therefore, please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions fully.

 

1. Behaviour & Etiquette policy:

a. If any person(s) acts outside what is considered good behaviour and etiquette, then Bridge Command staff reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.

i. This can include swearing and inappropriate language

ii. Inappropriate body language which makes our staff and/or other participants feel uncomfortable.

iii. Anything else, verbal or non-verbal, that brings discomfort to or threatens the safety or enjoyment of our staff or other participants.

iv. If any equipment is damaged by an audience member then the audience member is obliged to compensate Bridge Command for the full replacement value of the damaged item(s).

 

b. Bridge Command reserves the right to refuse admission to the premises and may request any ticket holder to leave the premises and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

c. Bridge Command staff will not tolerate amongst participants the following:

i. Intoxication by alcohol or the influence of prohibited substances, recreational or social drugs.

ii. Bullying or passive-aggressive behaviours, and violence both actual physical or threatened.

iii. Homophobic, sexist or gender-discriminatory behaviours or comments.

iv. Belittling and demeaning language or behaviours.

v. Racist or religious taunts or incitement.

vi. Unwelcome advances or behaviour (repeated) towards our staff or other audience members.

 

2. Personal Responsibility and Liability

a. Audience members take full responsibility for their own safety during the event.

b. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, participation is entirely at your risk.

c. Audience members are responsible for using equipment safely and as directed. Audience members must behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions so as not to hurt or injure yourselves or others. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, the use of our machinery, equipment or facility is entirely at your own risk.

d. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property or belongings while using our facilities.

e. Audience members may refuse to take part in any activities proposed by Bridge Command staff as part of the event.

f. Bridge Command is not responsible for individuals partaking in unlawful activities or dangerous behaviour.

g. Minors (under 18) must be under adult supervision at all times. They must be accompanied by an adult guardian who must take responsibility for the safety, behaviour and actions of those under their care.

h. All attendees booked into a Bridge Command event must be aged 16 or over. If you wish to bring children younger than 16 to a Bridge Command event, you must book out the whole event for your group and inform us by email that the group contains children under the age of 16, by emailing bookings@bridgecommand.space. Alternatively they can attend one of the child-only slots we will make available from time to time during school holidays. We reserve the right to refuse admission to children under the age of 16. Bridge Command events are not suitable for children under the age of 11 - please do not bring children younger than 11 to a Bridge Command event, as they will be refused admission and refunds will not be offered.

 

3. Ticket Conditions, Refunds and Event Cancellation

a. Every member of the audience must have a ticket, which may take the form of an e-ticket.

b. This ticket may not, without written consent of Bridge Command, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission. You may be required to produce photo id to confirm that you are the original ticket holder.

c. The ticket is valid for the specified time slot only. If a participant fails to arrive on time for their time slot, they may be refused admission. No refund or compensation of any kind is offered or implied.

d. The ticket is sold subject to Bridge Command’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements necessary by any unavoidable cause.

e. Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Bridge Command reserves the right to cancel a booking date at any time, for any reason.

i. If the cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the date of booking refunds will not be available, however Bridge Command will provide alternative dates for booking an equivalent time slot at no extra cost to the customer.

ii. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the commencement of the event, refunds will be available.

f. Bridge Command (or any relevant third party) will not be liable in any way if it is prevented from performing its obligations under or arising from any contract due to any factors which are beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond its reasonable control:

• acts of god, which include earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, pandemic, fog, snow or frost;

• force majeure which includes war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes, terrorist or other attacks and civil commotions;

• power failure or failure of sound or lighting equipment.

 

4 Photography

a. The photographic rights are reserved to Bridge Command.

b. Subject to para 4 a above, all other photography (including, but not limited to, screenshots or screen grabs) is strictly prohibited without Bridge Command’s prior written consent in advance of the event.

 

5.Data protection

a. Bridge Command will collect, use, store and disclose your personal details in accordance with our privacy policy which can be accessed from Bridge Command’s website homepage [insert link].

 

6. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

7. Declaration

a. If you agree to the above terms and conditions, then please proceed with your booking. By making a booking you hereby accept all of these terms and conditions.

b. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us.

 

8. Severability

a. If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable this will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

9. Third Parties

a. Nothing contained in any contract is intended to be enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party

www.bridgecommand.space is a site operated by The London Space Elevator Limited ("We").  We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13240756 and have our registered office and main trading address at Office 812 Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5QQ.

ACCESSING OUR SITE

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of our Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.  You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.  

HOW YOU MAY USE MATERIAL ON OUR SITE

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved. 

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.  

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. 

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

NO TEXT OR DATA MINING, OR WEB SCRAPING

You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):

 

  • Any "robot", "bot", "spider", "scraper" or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the site or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same.

The provisions in this clause should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790).

 

This clause shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
