Gift vouchers are a great way to buy someone a Bridge Command experience without committing them to a specific date. There are a number of voucher options available here.

The email confirming your gift voucher purchase will have a PDF attached to it. This PDF contains a voucher code that can be entered when you reach the final stage of the payment process for any Bridge Command booking made through our site.

If you cannot find your PDF, please contact us.

Yes. Bridge Command has a long-term lease on its premises and we intend to be there for a long time.

While we regularly extend our booking period, tickets cannot usually be purchased more than four or five months into the future. This is for operational reasons only and we have no plans to close at this time.

Yes. Players under 16 can participate in private Cadet Missions, which are available here. These missions are designed to be enjoyed either by a group of under-16s or a mixed group of adults and under-16s. Our staff will adjust how the mission operates, and the level of staff support provided, to accommodate the makeup of your crew.

Up to 14 people can attend a Cadet Mission, and adults not wishing to go on board the ship are welcome to wait in our bar. For more information, please contact us.

Players under 11 are not permitted at Bridge Command.

Bridge Command is, and always will be, a human-designed and human-delivered experience. The set was designed by Illusion Design & Construct, based on 3D models created for Bridge Command by starship interior designer Tadeo D’Oria.

All missions are written and developed by human members of staff, and the live delivery (‘flight controlling’) of those missions makes no use of AI tools. Characters encountered during missions are played by human performers. No generative AI is used to create missions, props, text or artwork used in Bridge Command missions or experiences. While generative AI therefore plays no role in our creative process, some AI tools are used behind the scenes for operational purposes, for example scheduling.
