Your Visit

Bridge Command is located at 63-64 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TJ, just a 2-minute walk from Vauxhall Station (Underground, National Rail, and bus services). This makes us easy to reach whether you’re travelling from Central London or further afield.

There is no on-site parking, but if you’re driving, the nearest paid car park is St George Wharf, about a 5-minute walk from the venue.

You should arrive at the venue no later than the time on your ticket. Please plan your journey to ensure you can do so promptly.

You should allow two hours from your arrival time for your booking. The high level of autonomy that you and your fellow players will have means the exact amount of time you spend on your ship can vary.

Individual tickets start from £49. Prices vary depending on the type of mission and group size, and you can see the latest availability on our Tickets page.

A ship requires a minimum of four crew members to operate. It can accommodate a crew of up to 14 people, all of whom will have jobs to do.

Please note that unless you buy all the tickets for a specific slot, you are likely to be playing with other bookers who have purchased tickets for the same slot. To book a ship for exclusive use for your group, book a Private Mission.

If you're a small booking or an individual, but would like to play with a full bridge crew of actors, consider our Elite Crew bookings.

Yes, we offer group bookings at Bridge Command. Whether you’re bringing friends, celebrating a birthday, or organising a corporate event, your crew can take over the starship for a private mission.

For smaller groups, our Elite Crew Booking option lets actors fill in as your fellow officers so you still get the full starship experience.

Wear comfortable shoes! You won't be doing much running, but a starship is a place for sensible footwear.

Uniforms are provided to all players, and can be worn like overalls. For this reason any attire is welcome, although long skirts and dresses that cannot easily be tucked into overalls are not recommended, and jeans can lead to the uniforms being a tight fit, so are best avoided.

Photography using mobile phones is permitted, as long as you secure consent from those who will be in the photograph, including Bridge Command staff. Video is not permitted.

Please do not bring professional camera equipment on your mission, you will be asked to leave this behind.

Yes. The venue has a bar which will usually be open both before and after your booking.

To visit our bar without attending a mission, you can buy a Bar Ticket, the price of which includes a free drink.

The Mess (our bar) has three flavours of potato crisps available.

Please be on time. We cannot guarantee that any latecomers will be admitted. This is due to the way the show is structured and the difficulty of introducing a player late. Refunds cannot be given in the event of lateness, and only tickets with purchased ticket protection can be moved to another time.

Tickets purchased with Ticket Protection (£3.49 per ticket) are eligible to be moved to a different date, subject to availability. The provisions of ticket protection can be used once per purchase.

Tickets with no Ticket Protection are not movable under any circumstances other than a cancellation initiated by Bridge Command (for full details, see our T&Cs).

Bridge Command tickets are only refundable in the event of a cancellation initiated by Bridge Command. Our full booking terms will be sent to you with your ticket.
